Job Description:

TS Prosperity Group is seeking to hire a Financial Advisor. The Financial Advisor delivers services to assist clients with planning for their long-term and short-term financial needs. This involves conducting interviews to clarify financial goals, confirming risk tolerance levels, identifying challenges and opportunities, and recommending strategies that meet clients immediate and future financial needs

Preferred education and/or experience includes bachelor's degree. 2+ years' experience in interacting with clients. Accounting (College diploma) or Business / Commerce (College diploma) or Business Administration (College diploma) or Finance (College diploma)

Location: Council Bluffs, IA

Experience and Skills:

  • Communicate with clients to learn about their needs and help them achieve their goals
  • Ensure all client financial questions are answered
  • Assist clients with planning for their long and short term financial plans
  • Identify and build relationships with prospective clients
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients at every stage of their life
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow the business
  • Capitalize on opportunities to increase sales, revenue and cross sell with existing and new customers
  • Build and grow business through referrals
  • Conduct interviews with clients to clarify short term and long term financial goals by confirming risk tolerance levels, clarifying financial objectives and identifying challenges and opportunities
  • Identify opportunities and recommend strategies that best meet the customers immediate and future financial needs
